Palm & Paddle accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at zacharystenberg1@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

Once approved, returns should be mailed to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or help process an exchange.

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.
